Pedro's Asado specializes in the Argentinean method of preparing meat.We are situated in Uitenhage, but we don't mind to travel as far as an hour from Uitenhage.

Upon return to South Africa they introduced this method of Spitbraai to us with huge success. They currently hold the record for the most lamb on a spit prepared at the same time, which is 50 lamb on the spit at the Montague Wine Festival. Today their sons and grandsons are still preparing meat the Asado way. Since we moved from Cape Town to the Eastern Cape, we decided that we would love to share this special Spitbraai experience with everybody that is looking for a unique Spitbraai in Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas. Combine the tomato sauce, orange juice and zest, garlic and balsamic vinegar and mix.
